How it came to be:
UI is a site run by me, Becca (obviously) - it's my own little piece of cyberspace, my realm of possibility. It's not much, I know, but I hope you take the time to look around.
To be honest, I was never interested in this html/css thing until I failed my IT class in the second semester of 2008 for a crappy website that I made with Dreamweaver which never quite got to the teacher. I wanted to be able to prove that I could at least produce something better than that - that's when SOTC came along. & yeah, here I am today with UI.
So yeah, basically, I'm your typical 14 year old girl, in grade 10. If you want to know more about me, not that there is much more to know, feel free to add me on facebook, aim or whatever, & also, talk to me. I don't bite, hard ;).
Story behind the name:
You know that feeling? Like you were walking aimlessly through a busy city, alone. While everyone else seemed to know who they were, what they were doing, where they were going and what they're goals were, you were just...killing time, really. Lost, but not quite. It's more like losing - like that Coldplay song 'just because I'm losing doesn't mean I'm lost'. It's that feeling that lead me to coming up with this site name. Despite how ridiculous it sounds, it's true. In this world today, it's pretty much an urban insanity.
